I actually painted these nails a while ago!
I'd thought I'd pop them up so you could see them before they disappeared into the nail art archives never to be seen again!
I used a beautiful shade called nebline from the maybelline colour show range. the colour is a perfect pastel pink but that's the only positive I have for this polish as I found the formula really disappointing!
I've only used two colours from this range and both needed an excessive amount of coats for full opacity (I found the yellow in the colour show range needed at least 5 coats!)
(the price range is very affordable at £2.99 but I have to say for the same price range I'd rather invest in a barry m polish)
I've gone for a basic leopard/animal print which is great for beginners!
I began by drawing silver circles and then just outlined them with a black nail art pen once they dried. add a few random dots here and there to break up the spaces and seal with topcoat! (don't worry about perfection- these nails can be a little messier than other designs as animal print isn't a uniform pattern!)
there's so many fun variations you can try with these you don't have to use the colours I have; I also love white nails with rainbow leopard print!
I hope you've all had a good week so far?
I'm counting down the hours until the weekend as my friend is getting married *squeal* cue copious amounts of booze and dancing like an idiot..
wish me (and my liver) luck!

I love animal print nail art, there are endless variations depending on what colour your in the mood for..
I've been calling these my snow leopard nails but they're basically just a simple rainbow animal print! they're really easy compared to some nail art styles and because of the white background they're also really eye catching.
I've been really busy this month so haven't had any DIY craft posts up buutttttt yesterday I ordered a few things from ebay and will be beavering away on some jewellery and craft DIY's to share with you this week!
in the meantime here's a little guide to creating your own snow leopard nails..
hope you try them out yourself!

I actually heart these nails so had to share them with you! I'm going to watch my friend DJ this evening so wanted to try out something a little party inspired. I've been having a lot of fun sponging nails lately and was inspired by some WAH nails that looked like a tropical tie dye!
they are easier than they look, first off paint a white base coat and leave to dry. next up pick a selection of rainbow colours to create a tie dye blend.
cut a sponge into small pieces and begin to dab on the colours, do one nail at at time otherwise the polish get sticky and dries out! after each nail is suitable psychedelic smooth over with a coat of clear varnish.
dip a cotton bud into nail varnish remover and clean up any messy edges then use a nail art pen or sharpie to draw on your animal print (I used my black models own)
the best park of sponging colour is it's randomness! you don't need any particular skill just a few dabs to blend the colours into each other (just don't be tempted to keep going or you'll risk blending them into one huge brown smudge!)
here's a quick overview:
I hope you guys like them! I'm looking forward to showing mine off to my friends later aha!
