drumroll... today I've teamed up with urban outfitters to bring you my latest outfit post* EXCITING!

I'm a happy bunny this week; the summer has finally arrived and top of my agenda was to wear my new summer dress in the hope of catching that elusive tan (yep still living in hope!)  

I found it tricky to pick out a dress as there's so many I liked! the cut and details on the back finally swayed me to pick out this little beauty from pins & needles. I though the strap details were a nice nod to the camisole trend and it's just darn cute (it also comes in pink)

I've always been a massive fan of UO which is why I was so excited about this post, it's full of independent and quirky labels and it's one of my favourite places to shop. if you're a vintage lover their urban renewal section is a dream (I'm still trying to find the perfect vintage levi cut off's so will no doubt be hopping about one legged trying on endless pairs shortly)

unicorn print dress.. life complete!

I don't know if it's my inner child taking over but this dress is so adorable! I want to dust of my collection of my little ponies and have a play date immediately.. any takers? 

the dress is by lashes of london; I'm sure many of you will already be regular fans of their clothes but this is from their lashes edit - a new capsule collection for topshop that's full of super cute & flirty items (this amazing little unicorn print also comes as a pair of little shorts which are ridiculously dinky!)

I thought I'd wear my nike blazers as this outfit felt quite fun and I wanted to put a casual spin on the dress (which could easily be a night out number with heels) so I  added my denim jacket as well for a more relaxed daytime look.

I am so in love with this dress.... 

in truth I'm so infatuated that if we broke up I would most probably stalk it's facebook page.

photographs just don't do justice to this french connection anoushka dress; it's an absolutely gorgeous creation and my new favourite summer companion. I'm so impressed with their dresses if you haven't seen their new collection probably best warn you not to click here as you'll not be able to help falling for at least 3 of them ...wink!

covered in broderie anglaise detailing with a drop waist it's super feminine and makes me want to nip off to coachella immediately for some festival fun. I paired it with my new fedora and gladiator sandals to toughen it up a little and took anoushka out on our first official date together ...a sunny stroll through the countryside (this is as close to a festival as I'm getting this month!)

I love simple summer dresses, if I'm nipping out to do some shopping they're an easy option for me. I picked up this dress from h&m a few months back, I like to wear it alone or with a sweater if the weathers cooler (plus its covered in tiny heart prints and I'm really loving blue at the minute so it suits my mood aha!)
