yikes, I can't believe it's september already? excuse me while I go and dig out my knitwear. I'm secretly excited for jumper season but I can't believe we're heading towards autumn already!

do you remember that I wanted to redecorate my dining room? well it's not quite finished but we have made progress in turning it into our new study (hurrah) I thought I'd give you a quick update!

our garden is finally finished do my decorating focus has gone back indoors! our front room is technically our dining room but as I predicted we haven't used our dining table more than a handful of times in the year and a half we've lived here (yes I'm 100% guilty of eating my dinner on the sofa...)
