eeeeeeep I decided to take part in a challenge this week... a filofax one to be exact!

you may have realised I'm a bit of a stationary geek so the opportunity to mix it with fashion was too fun for me to resist! the challenge was to pick a fashion decade to style with my filofax.. I couldn't resist a chance to wear my nerdy new dungarees so I opted for a bit of 90's grunge..

I wasn't intentionally trying to go monochrome with this outfit; I'm actually super keen to jump into some colour when the sun arrives (come on winter give spring a chance!)

I do however love my tee! one of my christmas presents from my bf (romance isn't dead y'all) its just a simple roll sleeve logo tee that I'll be wearing all summer with some denim cut offs (god I miss being able to wear shorts and t-shirts lately!) 

I did have tights on with this earlier (it's not quite warm enough to venture out without 100 denier protection!) probably a good thing since my skin is so pale now I'm considering re-acquainting myself with my old friend st tropez!

I love backpacks, fill them up with and off you go (my ultimate bag grab when I'm in a hurry)

today I'm wearing my new la moda rucksack, I'm such a child I love the owl print aha! it was kindly sent to me to wear in their backpack challenge (I'm keeping my fingers crossed as the winner gets £50 to spend on their site which just happens to be full of bags I'm coveting!!)

this is definitely one of my low maintenance casual outfits, the shirt was a thrift find and I picked up the all saints vest in the sale a while back. 

I spent yesterday rummaging in dark and dusty second hand shops.. It been ages since I've been vintage hunting and I found the most adorable little red suitcase. no doubt I'll make it's way onto here soon- I wont be able to resist sharing it's retro cuteness with you guys!
