I think I've discovered my holy grail nail art product.. fast food nails!
my postie delivered a package of pure excitement from tammy at diy nails.. a bundle of the most AWESOME nail art decals!! (possibly the coolest little rascals my digits have ever met)
my absolute favourite of tammy's designs are the sweet heart and fast food decal sets which I'm wearing here! if you've never used water decals before they're a breeze to apply- just cut out the decal you want, hold it in water for 10 seconds and simply slide it off the backing onto your nail... easy peasy lemon squeezy.
you can seal them with a slick of topcoat if you want too wear them for a while (...yes please)
there are also some brilliantly kitch christmas decals available which are the easiest way to get your festive fingers on.. my faves are the christmas puds below!
the great thing about these decals is the ability to mix and match all of the designs so you can have a different nail art each time (and each sheet lasts for an age!)
as much as I love to paint my own nail art these are perfect for when I'm busy and lets be honest I love a lazy option so I'll be sporting these for a few weeks to come..

when I wrote easy nail art in the title I really did mean easy!
hello fimo pieces, my saviour when I don't have time to paint my nails properly! simply applied with the aid of clear polish, smothered in a good topcoat and voila candy-licious nails!
my base coat is the delicious harem by illamasqua a pinky purple delight that applies like a dream and the fimo pick and mix sweet pieces are from sparkly nails.
I love these nails so I think I'll have a go at painting the allsorts sweets freehand myself next time.. I'll put up a tutorial if it's not a total disaster aha!
