new in | 2015 organisation & desk essentials

I like to celebrate the start of a new year.. with shiny new stationery.

I find the new year my favourite time to get organised especially when it comes to blogging. all those resolutions and grand plans may be a little cliche but they really do inspire me to kick start the year on the right note.

te neues diary | john lewis

first up on my agenda was a 2015 diary. this abstract te neues diary works perfectly for me as it has a equal balance of blank and diary date pages each week. I can scribble notes/ideas as well as keeping track of meetings and blog post planning.. perfect.

les fleurs wall calendar  | rifle paper co

as someone who routinely forgets what day of the week it is I decided to pop a calendar on my list. I've been a huge fan of anna bond's illustrations since I discovered rifle paper co (swoon.) I'm hoping this will remind me to plan ahead as I'm forever getting stuck in the day to day details.

other favourites:

knock knock organiser | john lewis

this mouse pad organiser has been a life saver on a daily basis. tear off sheets mean I can update my to-do tasks each morning and tick off what has been (if anything) accomplished. lists are my number one way of de-stressing if I'm starting to feel swamped- I can focus on just the important tasks and push other items to the following day.

let me know if you've discovered any stationery gems & I hope you all have a wicked new year!
