I can't believe it's sunday already; this week has flown by! this morning I was up at 5am (horror) to get my backside down to the car boot. I needed to earn some cold hard cash to replenish my impoverished bank balance..

I also went for a shockingly long walk around my local nature reserve in preparation for a charity walk I'm taking part in next weekend. I did learn my lesson though: flip flops aren't suitable hiking footwear! (I have the blisters to prove it)

my bed is calling and there's a pizza express in the fridge that's chanting my name! carbs, sleep and then I'll catch up on my usual posts!
