DIY easy sew cushion tutorial:

I love making things, including cushions covers! it must be my favourite way of using up cute fabrics and giving a chair or sofa a quick and cheap makeover! 

my friends range between sew-phobic and master crafters so I though a simple cushion tutorial would be good for everyone, it has zero fiddly zips, doesn't require a sewing machine and takes next to no time once you get the hang of it! 

this simple envelope cover looks great, if you want to add buttons to secure the cushion go ahead but you can leave it plain! 

ps. give it an iron before you put your cushion in..

    1. ah brilliant! It's not too tricky, I guessed a lot of it and I used a cushion as a guide to keep the size right, i usually make zipper covers but this one looks cute especially if you get some nice buttons :) xx
